I have a bachelor's degree in Translation and Interpreting and I have completed a Mater's degree in Audiovisual Translation. Below you will find a detailed account of my working experience and my education.

Work experience

Translator and proofreader

  • 2018 - Present: Freelance translator
    Literary and audiovisual translations.
  • January 2019 - January 2020: On-site translator at El Corte Inglés
    Translator of TV and radio spots and other commercial advertisements, catalogues, reports and any other company needs.
  • March 2019 - November 2019: Subtitler at Ted Talks
    Translation and subtitling of conferences on different topics into Catalan and Spanish. To see a sample of my work, follow this link.
  • 2017 - 2018: Translator and proofreader at Europa Press Cataluña
    Translator of online news Spanish-Catalan.
    CAT postediting.
    I daily updated the web of the news service.
    Training of new apprentices.

English teacher

  • September 2018 - December 2018: English teacher at Kids&Us Illa, Barcelona
    Teaching different English levels to kids from 3 to 11 years old.
  • July 2014: Leisure instructor at Kids&Us Poblenou, Barcelona
    Preparing and carrying out playful and educational activities entirely in English for 5 year old kids.
    Participation in sessions to plan and organize activities, workshops and trips.
